My pop up mobile kitchen
trailer called ‘The Skewer Run Through’ is different from others because it is
an on-the-go type of business where customers can still do their vacation
activities while eating. They can remain shopping, enjoy the scenery and have a
meal that isn’t messy and they won’t have to carry large amounts of food and
have to seat down. The kind of service I will provide will be fast and
efficient for the locals and visitors who are passing through. Also I will
provide a friendly environment that draws customers in and keep them coming in
for more.
