In this food business there will be ups and downs that
I will face but all businesses experience every aspect of their company. The
strengths of my business and the weakness may be the same. Being on a busy
street or part of town cause for looks of people with different taste buds.
People on the strip may want to eat somewhere they can get a whole meal and be
full for the rest of the day and I can’t give them that because I am a small
mobile truck that doesn’t serve a variety of things so that can be my weakness.
At the same time my strengths can be people actually do want fast on the go
type of food that can get them through lunch time without craving everything or
anything else under the sun. “Although
customers and market insight are important for building customer value and
relationships, these insights can be very difficult to obtain customer needs
and buying motives area often anything but obvious.” It can be very hard
being in an environment that has so many different types of people from all
around the world that you sometimes have no clue what they will like to eat.
The opportunities would be to figure out what the people in the area that are
there like and what do they expect. There will be tons of threats in my
business because there are food places everywhere you turn and mines may not be
what people prefer so I have to dig deep and research a lot. “To create value for customers and to build
meaningful relationships with them, marketers must first gain fresh, deep
insights into what customers need and want.” Everyday there will be opportunities
in the food industry to perfect and make things better.
